Individual Psychotherapy

One-on-one therapy that combines psychodynamic, modern, and eastern philosophical approaches. Through the therapeutic relationship, you will explore your inner life, sense of self, and approaches to interpersonal relationships. Our aim together is to help you find vitality and compassion in your approach to life as well as a greater sense of wholeness in relation to self and others.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy explores individual and couple relational dynamics, both current and historical, in order to facilitate more intimate communication, help resolve conflict, and foster understanding, partnership, and if desired, closeness.

Group Therapy

Weekly, psychodynamic groups that provide a supportive environment where clients can work on new interpersonal skills and behaviors, increase awareness of self and others, and create lasting change in each other’s lives. Groups are not based on single-issues common to all members. Rather they are true psychotherapeutic groups focused on interpersonal relational struggles that result from each individual’s subjective experience.

Family Therapy

Parents and children are seen together and individually to help foster greater communication, relational-awareness, and problem-solving skills. Working together, we can find better ways for family members to interact, understand each other’s boundaries, and find satisfaction with one another and family life as a whole.
