Bram is a long-time meditator and certified Mindfulness teacher who integrates Psychodynamic and Relational psychotherapeutic approaches with Buddhist psychology and spiritual practices. He helps individual clients explore their lives, develop more compassionate and connective relationships, and deepen their capacity for insight and fulfillment. He also works with couples to resolve issues and find balance between intimacy and independence. His favorite way to work though is facilitating Psychodynamic Process Groups where clients have an opportunity to experience themselves more authentically, experiment interpersonally, and create more meaningful relationships.
