Book Session

Individual Psychotherapy

One-on-one therapy that combines psychodynamic and eastern philosophical approaches. Through our work we will explore your past and current dilemmas, your inner life, your sense of self, and our therapeutic relationship. Our aim will be to help you find vitality and compassion in your approach to life as well as a greater sense of wholeness in relation to self and others.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy explores individual and couple relational dynamics, both current and historical, in order to facilitate more intimate and progressive communication. Through the process we will help you and your partner resolve conflict and foster understanding, partnership, and closeness.

Group Therapy

Interpersonal process groups provide are a place where clients can work on new interpersonal skills and behaviors, increase awareness of self and others, and create lasting change in each other’s lives. Groups are not based on single-issues common to all members. Rather, they are true psychotherapeutic groups focused on interpersonal relational dilemmas and struggles for true intimacy.

Current Groups

Family Therapy

Parents and children are seen both together and individually. Working together, we will dismantle family patterns and structures that don’t work anymore and build new ones that will foster better communication, relational-awareness, and problem-solving. We hope for all members to find greater satisfaction with one another and family life as a whole.
