I’m a Los Angeles based therapist whose work is grounded in relational and experiential work. I provide a space for those who want to feel more fully themselves, deepen their capacity for connection, and experience greater vitality and engagement in their lives.
I work with adults, individually, in couples, and in groups — integrating mindfulness, psychodynamic theory, and relational psychotherapy to support lasting change. Sessions are available in person in Los Angeles and online throughout California.
