Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy offers a space to explore emotional experience, internal conflicts, and relational patterns in a focused and attuned setting.
Many people come to therapy feeling anxious or depressed, disconnected from parts of themselves, unsure how to be close to others, or longing for a deeper sense of aliveness. In our work together, we will pay attention to these experiences as they arise—not only through reflection, but through what unfolds in the therapeutic relationship itself.
This approach can be helpful for individuals who:
Experience anxiety, shame, or inhibition when seen by others
Self isolate through depression and other mood states
Struggle with closeness or vulnerability
Notice recurring relational patterns they want to understand and change
Are seeking depth, authenticity, and emotional engagement
Couples Therapy
My approach to couples therapy is relational and experiential. Rather than focusing on communication techniques or quick problem-solving, we attend closely to what unfolds between you in the moment—cycles of escalation, withdrawal, misattunement, and repair. We slow these patterns down so they can be felt, understood, and worked with directly.
Each partner is invited to examine their own participation in the dynamic. Change emerges through increased emotional awareness, tolerance of vulnerability, and new relational experience.
This work is depth-oriented. While there will be some communication skills training, it is not for couples seeking short-term strategies.
