Individual & Couples Therapy in Los Angeles

Individual therapy offers a space to explore emotional experience, internal conflicts, and relational patterns in a focused and attuned setting.
Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from parts of themselves, struggling to get and remain close to others, or longing for a deeper sense of aliveness. Others come with a specific struggle — recurring relational patterns, difficulty with vulnerability, or a relationship that feels stuck.
With me, individual therapy offers a focused, attuned space to explore emotional experience and relational patterns as they arise — not only through reflection, but through what unfolds in the therapeutic relationship itself. This is not primarily a symptoms-and-solutions approach. It is an invitation to pay closer attention to your lived experience, and to allow something new to emerge from that attention.
Couples therapy follows the same relational principle. Rather than managing conflict through techniques alone, we attend to what is actually happening between partners — the moments of misattunement, the patterns of withdrawal or pursuit, the longing underneath the friction. The goal is not just resolution but genuine contact. While there will be some communication skills training, it is not for couples seeking short-term strategies.
This work may be a good fit if you:
Feel emotionally alive, but struggle with closeness or vulnerability
Notice recurring relational patterns you want to understand and change
Experience anxiety, shame, or inhibition around being seen by others
Self isolate through depression and other mood states
Are in a relationship that feels disconnected, stuck, or strained
Are seeking depth, authenticity, and emotional engagement
